Mike Rhodes is a co-founder and the company's general manager. Mike is a licensed contractor in Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida and has over 20 years experience in residential & commercial construction. Mike has developed a 'building team' that is passionate about delivering your dream home.

Let's meet his team:

Tom Tucker has joined our team as a construction manager. Tom recently moved his family from Florida to our beautiful East Tennessee area. Tom has over 20 years experience in all aspects of construction.

Mike Rhodes Jr. is one of our building superintendants. Mike has over 10 years of construction experience. Mike can be counted on in any situation and always puts our customers first. Our customers and friends love his friendly, outgoing personality.

Donald Whitaker is another one of our building superintendants. Donald is a true craftsman with an eye for detail. Donald treats your home with care. He prides himself in a 'job well done'.

Tim Slane has been with us for almost one year. Tim has an extensive background in almost all aspects of building. Tim is a problem-solver and almost always has an idea on how to accomplish any task.

Kerry Durnin is our director of operations and sales. Kerry has been learning the construction business from the ground up since joining our team. She knows what it takes to deliver your dream home and will make sure that happens.

Carol Tartaglia has recently joined our team as our office manager and accountant. Carol knows how to handle the details and she is great at following up on all of us, so that we deliver your dream to you on time!
